How About Trying Indian Meduvada As A Snack?

India has a vast choice of foods to be tasted all around. You will see street food a lot beside the roads which are quite famous everywhere. Now a day’s people are so busy that they do not find time for preparing such foods at home and started ordering online. Most of them feel that when it comes to taste, restaurant is preferred a lot. Meduvada is nothing but soft Vada which is made up of urad dal, Medu vada recipe is very simple and easy for anyone.

Lot of the south Indian breakfast requires urad dal. Any pulses add as a healthy meal to the dish. Each pulse will have natural benefit of treating lot of health problems. Urad dal is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and fat, vitamin B. It has and advantage of improving digestion, improve healthy skin and boosts energy levels in the body. It has large content of dietary fibre. It also helps in improving bones density. It is also considered to reduce pain and inflammation because of excessive minerals and vitamins that helps in improving metabolism. 

Some of them make Meduvada recipe without adding other ingredients. While most of them love to eat ingredients added to it. We will see some of the varieties in Vada, like some only add onion to the preparation while some of them add coriander, bay leaves, green chillies, and pepper for taste. This can be taken along with the coconut chutney or sambar as per choice. 

If you are trying this recipe at home for the first time, then you need to take some precautions before doing, because oil splash can be hurting. Vada is made on palm by making moist and then taking the batter on the hand to give a shape of Vada and frying in the oil. So, for beginners, you should be careful.
